If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to AFM Downia for an exchange of product or refund.  Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping costs will be incurred in sending the exchanged product.

Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund provided they are returned in their original and unused state and within 5 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns of used items for health reasons, unless the product is faulty.

Phone Downia on 02 9756 2099 to get a Return Authorization Number. Our friendly Customer Service Team will issue the return authorization, and discuss the next steps involved in processing your return.


All items are carefully checked before they are dispatched. However if you find your item is faulty, please contact us on 02 9756 2099 so we can organize the return of the product to our factory for assessment. Upon receipt the item will be assessed and Downia will process either a repair or replacement. Downia will cover the shipping cost for returns under warranty.

All items are covered by manufacturer’s warranty and varies between different products.
