After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via AFM Downia’s forwarding agent within 5-10 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Refund & Returns Policy
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to AFM Downia for an exchange of product or refund of the product purchase price. Postage and handling costs are not refundable, and additional shipping and handling costs will be incurred in sending the exchanged item.
Products will only be accepted for exchange or refund providing they are returned in their original and unused state and within 5 days of purchase. This is due to Occupational Health & Safety. This is a protection in place for you as well as the health of our team.

REPAIRS AND WARRANTIES
All items are carefully checked before they are dispatched. However, if you find your item/s are faulty please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item/s so as we can authorize a repair or replacement. All items are covered by manufactures warranty and varies between different products. .
